i have winamp 5.3, shoucast dsp plugin and shoutcast server.
everything is fine(shoutcast plugin is connnected with shoutcast server) but my station is not visible in yp.shoutcast.com, and my shouutcast server is writing:

i'm conecting with the internet via celluary phone(GPRS)
my local ip(dynamic) is 10.112.224.143, and ip that i have on www.whereismyip.com is 213.158.197.38. when i type
10.112.224.143:8000 in the browser everything seems fine, but when i type 213.158.197.38:8000 there is an error.

i even turn off the firewall, i've got domain in selfhos.com and i download shooter, but it gives nothing, what is wrong?, what can i do else?

You are connecting to the net via cell phone and you want to stream audio via cell??? If that is the case "i'm conecting with the internet via celluary phone(GPRS)" never happen. Cell phone are not fast enough.
