Relaying

Hi there,

I am trying to set up a relay from one server to another.
One of the 2 shoutcasts must relay at 24k and the main source must be 128k.
How can I do this using sc_trans?
They must each have the same thing playing.
The source will sometimes be MP3, other times live...
I have seen it done but can't for the life of me work out how to do it!
