I would like to say Shoutcast claims no responsibility for the content of the stations listed on its site, but then again, they do endorse some stations, so it's difficult to say.

The argument that will probably be made by Shoutcast is the First Amendment rights.

These racist internet stations on Shoutcast have been brought up a couple times in the past if you run a search you'll find some detailed threads.
