Vagalume.com.br has one for this. get in touch with them, they can tell you more, or even call you to develope with them. They are starting with it too

I suggest naming it YALP (yet another lyrics plugin)

edit: problem: i want lyrics for the currently playing song, not currently highlighted. also, it doesnt seem to check the artist tag, only title. I had to choose from a list of artist to get 30 seconds to mars - oblivion
