Okay, I was watching some internet tv, and then all of a sudden i got kicked off and said the channel is full. Alright, fine, but my friend was saying that if you signup for something you can access channels whenever you want without having the hassel of it being full, and that you just kicked a normal member off or something like that
So my question is, is there ultimately a way to do this? If so, where do I signup?

There is no where to sign up. It it says it is full, then it is full.
Individual streams may have an option to sing up for something, somwehre, but these have to do with the streams themself. The streams are not hosted or ran by Winamp/Nullsoft/AOL in anyway. They are all independent streams with indepenedt operators.

Get a faster connection. Most low end DSLs won't cut it. Check for firewalls, otherwise it might be the stream its self.
