It probably is, but I'm not sure why you would want to. It is very limited on where you can place things.

What, easier than a proper graphics package like Paint Shop Pro, Photoshop or even MSpaint?

Sure, go ahead and use something that is generally designed for creating full screen pc presentations, might be fun if you like making hard work for yourself.

try gimp or paint.net before you try powerpoint. Then, if you want more power, acquire a version of PSP or Photoshop.
