its a reggae song with the same beat as the song "Murder She Wrote" by Chaka Demus & Pliers...after searching i ran into a dead end with a song called "Bam Bam" by toots and the maytals. It supposedily is the song that the rythym was sampled from but from the version i heard, it doesnt seem to be the song i heard on GTA- San Andreas.
