Hello. I was just wondering - I ain't licenced yet but if on ma website da 1st page had da terms and conditions and said if you are in any way associated with radio lisencing you may not enter or listen or somehting like that do you think it would work? if yes anyone have something i could use?

If you put something like that, why do you think they would pay any attention? They would listen anyway. The fact is, you have to pay a commission to the artists and record labels to use their material, and if you don't do this then you are breaking the law.

Of course, you could carry on broadcasting illegally, but there is always the chance you will get caught, and you do run the risk of being banned from broadcasting in any way for five years, and face unlimited fines for doing so.
