what the hell. i went to best buy to get anoter hard drive. ok the dam thing cost me $300 it better work. i get back and install it. it dosnt work. i make shure that i have everthing seated correctly and the jumpers right. all perfect. try again. bios doesnt see it. what the hell. so i take it back. the "geek squad"(what a bunch of patheric excuses for comptuer tecs (their another bitch session))says hmm it must be bad we will give you a new one. ok so i get a new one. i take it back. the ass at the store tried charging me for a new one. that almost got me arrested cause he would open his esys and see that i just returnd the other one and it was sitting on the shelf behind him. so after all that i take that back and install it. the dam thing crashed less then a month later. what the hell.

so after that i finally got the factorie to ship me a new one. seems that the asshole truck people while unloading droped a hole pallet of hard drives and didnt tell anyone causeing 95% of all the drives in that pallet to not funcion correctly.

that shit sucks.

Kind of sounds like the computer store here, which also sells TVs and VCR stuff. They'll gladdy drop (on the concrete) your VCR that you wanted to get fixed and will render it irreplacable. Plus they'll charge you for it. What a bunch of assholes.

Geek Squad is the biggest bunch of shit eating ass hats on the face of the planet. Their technical skills are about as par as the fucking book they consult, which Im sure Dr.Seus wrote from the way the look at the pretty pictures when troubleshooting shit. I bet they couldnt tell the difference between a PC and a toaster that was about to explode.

Best Buy needs to blow the hell up so I can piss on the ashes and avenge my past purchases from that 3rd world shit hole.

Worst thing ever happnening to my boyfriend was that a $400 graphic card that he bought and installed (and he has done things like that numerous times before) made his HD crash so he had to buy a new one...his friend wanted to have the graphic card and it broke his HD as well...I have no idea how it did that but the people at the store didn't even want to take it back :(

personally, I think the BBB should take better action against shit like that. if a dude can sue McDonalds because he has a fat ass, you should be able to return a shit graphics card that costs close to half a grand.
