walk-through

so i'm a noob and stuff and i tried to go through the information given on the website and in the README file that came with the DSP by myself but now i'm really lost and i was wondering if anyone could offer a walk-through on how to set up SHOUTcast through PM'ing or on AOL Instant Messenger, my screen name is wachman007 for AIM
thanks so much to anyone who will hold my hand through this process, since my brother knew how to do it but he won't help at all(he's a jerk)

Installing the DNAS program and the Winamp DSP are pain free. Install everything default without changing any options. Edit the password on the server to your liking (edit config at the top of the SC DNAS Monitor). Follow the above steps and you should have an operational server. Some issues can arise but they can be dealt with once you know if you have to or not.
