NSVCAP error

When i open nsvcap this error comes up : Error 80070450: cannot run preview graph
anyone got any ideas

p.s. I have installed uninstalled a few times it worked fine before i installed windows xp

it does work.. you just need a work around.. I got my wintv pvr usb2 to work with nsvcap.
