hello i am using SHOUTcast Server Version 1.8.0/win32
i want to change the website of SHOUTcast ( myip:8000 )
i want to get song history/status to put them at my style of webpage

can't be done. see disclaimer on your shoutcast site (myip:8000)

Shoutcast software isn't open source!!

if you however attempt it don't be surprised that you find yourself banned!!
