Justin, when I switch to fullscreen mode I see a flickering black box to the left of the center of my screen.
Were you aware of such a bug?
I have not seen this mysterious box before the new 2.3.1 series.

I thought the new 2.7 credits were cool.
But they are much, much cooler when you are playing a song because they undulate to the music.
Nice touch.

Yes, this is the ONLY program where I actually watch the credits on a regular basis...

Justin, the same bugs are still there, as I reported yesterday. When using Pixel Doubling in Full Screen, the visual is distorted slightly on the left of the screen. Also, when displaying the FPS in Full Screen, and then clicking "F" to turn the FPS display off, it does not go completely off. The lower part of the FPS display still appears.
Also, when the CLOSE BUTTON "X" is clicked on the AVS Window, it closes, but Winamp itself is minimized. This does not happen, if the AVS is stopped through the Start/Stop commands. It runs very very good, but these problems are still present. thanks..

My AVS has been docking for some time now. Also, it closes fine and doesn't minimize winamp. I haven't tried the other stuff mentioned because I don't usually bother fullscreening, if I'm at my computer I'm using it. If I'm not, why would I have music playing?

BTW, what's the difference between AVS 2.3.pre3 and this AVS 2.3.1?

It works very well for me. Pixel doubling is perfect, I've got a very good speed and it does dock... I'm in love with this relase http://forums.winamp.com/ubb/wink.gif

it does dock guys, but i don't think it's the normal snap at 10 pixels thing. and when you move the avs window and see that dotted grey outline moving it doesn't seem to dock, but if you let go of it somewhere near another winamp component it snaps in.

Is there a change list anywhere? So far I have noticed:
-docking
-new "3D" Render APE
-"Biliniear Filtering" option in Blitter Feedback, Roto Blitter and DDM.
-double click instead of single click to get to configuration
-"Wrap" and "Bilinear Filtering" in Movement
-new Transitions : Dynamic Shift (Cool!)

The Blinearing filter was added a couple of versions back, so that is not new. Also, there is no 3D Render Ape in this version, you must have already had one in your AVS directory. There is still a problem with Pixel Doubling, when displaying the FPS in Full Screen mode. A black bar appears in the left center of the screen, and when you hit "F" to turn the FPS display off, it does not completely disappear. But, everything else works extremely well. Winamp doesn't minimize anymore, when you click the X on the AVS screen, and AVS runs much faster and smoother. Great release Justin, just a few minor fixes still needed.

just one suggestion: maybe you could make the title text under pixel-doubled window mode smaller. right now it comes out really big.
