Well, I had playlist "A". Now, forgetting that when i re-tagged then renamed the files the playlist wouldn't work... i manually added a couple hundred songs to my new playlist. Is there a program or feature to compare 2 different playlists and see which songs I am missing?

Well, you could use diff, or kompare(a diff frontend). I don't know how you would do this on windows though.

//I'm sorry. I know that wasn't very helpful. This would be a snap in linux but I honestly don't know if there is a windows equivalent way of doing it. I'm sure there is somewhere but I don't know how.

It's nice for k_rock to offer what he did, but what happens in the future if you ever need this again? Gonna keep asking him to do it for you? ;)

Although you never gave any system specs at all, and did not even indicate what operating system you are running, try Beyond Compare (http://www.scootersoftware.com/moreinfo.php?c=features), which supports Windows 95/98/NT/2000/ME/XP.

There might be better programs out there though, but that are also operating system dependent. If Beyond Compare doesn't do the job for you then try a Google search, but also specify your op sys in the search.

Also, moving this now out of Winamp Tech Support to Winamp Discussion instead, which is more appropriate.

here is the differences between the two files. The file listed shows the files that are listed in one playlist but not the other. I got rid of the path informatino just to make it easier to read.
