is there a digital output plugin for winamp so u can play cds without a connection to the sound card.

check the input plugins section, there used to be a plugin that did what you describe there.

AFAIK, Vladimir's Plugin isn't that good.

The Best one I know is from Copah and you can get the newest Version on his HomePage http://www.url*****~copah/CDReader.htm

Nah that doesnt do it.
I have a dvd drive which is not connected to the soundcard in any way. What i would like is a way to play those audio tracks from that drive.
