Customizable Genre list

I'd like to add my own music Genres to the list in the ID3 tag editor and remove a lot of them that I'll never use or have no idea of what they mean.

Dear Shogun,
You seem to be a brilliant mind. Your answer was useful in extreme but...
I meant that maybe someone in Nullsoft could do it for me. As you probably know the genres list is embedded in a dll and I'm suggesting to take it out from there and put it in a separate file. Got it?
