Assistance for feature film

I am in the process of making a low-budget feature film. What I want to do is add a visual plug-in into my editing program so I can add a music visual into my film.

How do I convert a visual plug-in so that it will work in my editing program of 'adobe premiere 6?'

Can I make a plug-in into a wav file or something?

I do have some computer knowledge but not a whole heck of a lot.
