How about a feature that (fast) scans each song for the loudest spot in it and then sets the preamplifier in the equalizer-window accordingly.
You would get a radiostation-feeling where all the songs from different sources are auto-volume-balanced.
Wouldn't that be a cool new feature ???
(And not that difficult to implement?!)
The only disadvantage: It probably results in
a small 0.5s 'gap' before the song starts.
