I've been using my computer long enough that I'm starting to hate my mouse... too slow and inacurate....
and I'd REALLY appreciate a CTRL+Shift+(whatever) or CTRL+Alt+whatever to bring winamp up from the "system tray only" option.... like ICQ's Ctrl+Shift+I

What is an example code. I know how to edit the shortcuts but don't know how to exactly write a code to do that. Please help.

ok, here's what i did and it works fine...
make a link to winamp.exe on your desktop (easy) then rightclick-properties..
under the "shortcut" tab
there should be 3 boxes that are:
start in
shortcut key
run
put your winamp dir in the "Start in" box eg| c:\program files\winamp\
in the "shortcut key" put your cursor there and hold the keys you want to have it set for (mine's Ctrl-Alt-W) then let go and it SHOULD stay there, the "run" box you can put whatever you want, I have mine set as "maximized" but whatever you prefer.
hope that helped
