As a skinner, I would like to see a new feature added to the playlist (I'd like to see a lot more features too, but this one is kinda neat, so I thought I'd mention it first)
Here's the idea: Have the background of the playlist window skinnable, not just chosing the color of the background, but being able to add tiled wallpaper like on a web-page. With the absence of a the bitmap for tiling in some of the older skins, winamp could simply default to the color indicated in the .ini
