View Full Version : NSIS MATH Plugin harbors Spyware?

Hi All.

I do not mean to accuse anyone, etc., so please take this with a cool head.

I recently started using Microsoft's AntiSpyware Beta1, and on my 4 Windows machines (98 through XP), it detected a grand total of 1 piece of spyware at the Severe threat level:

c:\Program Files\NSIS\Plugins\Math.dll

So, is this a false alarm? Is M$ being stupid? Do I have a corrupted / compromised math.dll?

Any guidance etc. would be appreciated.
