is there any way of setting up a radio station on the net-free or otherwise?

help people. myself and a few good men want to set up a station but havent a chuffin clue how to do do it. can u get a free slot on the internet.... is it possible.... can it be done, any info back would be seriously sweet. nicely-mr doherty
