idk if this should go in music or not, but I had this song a while back, then lost it, then just got it again in a massive torrent, and it's pretty moving, so I thought i'd share it with you all. It's a world trade center mix of linkin park's song "crawling" and even if you don't like linkin park, I think you should listen to the song.

Doesn't seem a whole lot different to me, just slightly remixed with some spoken parts. Kinda cool though!

yea, not much of a "mix" per se, but still, I thought it was cool.

Thats prolly the worst linkin park song. If it wasn't for that song I would have liked linkin park alot more. The mix is stupid too, wow a bunch of trashy spoken words and some random sound effects. It's all right, but I don't like it.

My thoughts exactly (except the "I would have liked 'em more if..." part :p)

It's not 'random sound effects' it's actual sound clips from News reports and the such from the days following 9/11.

I was'nt able to connect to that song for some reason,
I'll try agin later..
But I'll comment now..about the WTC..
As a lifelong New Yorker... and one who knew a few of the great, everyday, hard working people who were lost at the WTC that day..
I think any person or any artist who produces something to honor those people... should be recognised and respected.
I worked just blocks away from there...and I will never forget the sights, the sounds..the smell.. or the air of total terror that gripped the entire city that day...and for days afterward..
The fact that many of those lost.. were never found
haunts us here in NY still to this day.. and
I personally feel that re-building anything but a memorial on that site is nothing less than disrespectful and ignorant,
motivated by the greed of those who stand to profit on such a project...sure, real estate in Manhatten is valuable...but that property has been bought and paid for in full... with the souls of our friends lost there.
Anyway.. thats just my opinion...
New York will never be the same as it was pre- 9/11
and I know I'll never forget my friends in tower 2.

Linkin Park:
keeping the Nu Metal Kite flying until it crashes and burns just like all the other music the record companies control and fabricate.
