Key logger and screen capture?

I am looking for a good key logging program. Would be great if it also "captured" the screen every x seconds. The program needs to run in the backround (of course). Anyone know of any that are easy to use and work well? Running XP pro if that matters.

The screen capture thing seems a little redundant. You could search for RealVNC on google and download it. It lets you view the screen remotely but no screen captures.

Im not to concerned with a screen capture. I just mainly want a key logger that is free and will run in the backround.
