Need Help Setting up a Station

Ok Here goes.

I want to start a station for a gaming site.

Now I have a few questions

1.)what do I need hardware wise

2.)What do I need software wise

3.)I want to be able to have multiple remote locations to be able to connect with the station and talk preferibably 3 or more.
