Some audio rippers (like MusicMatch) give the opportunity to rip CD's in Digital or Analog mode.

How does Winamp rip CD's ? Analog or Digital ?
If mode is Digital, does Winamp correct errors ?

I've got some trouble with MusicMatch and I would like to use Winamp instead, for ripping music.

digital only

it does not correct errors (i don't think)

i still recommend EAC or CDeX for cd ripping as they support cdparanoia mode.
