View Full Version : How do you up your max listeners?
11th June 2005, 20:49
i have a cable modem, so i can handle a desent amount of listeners.
right now the max is showing 32. is this a true cieling for the max, or will it go up when the # of listeners reaches 32?
if it is a hard cieling how do i raise it?
your max is some simple math.
take your uploadspeed devide it by the bitrate you use and that is the max of listeners you can handle
the default 32 is no absolute max but just a default setting.
and setting this any higher without calculating if your connection can handle it will only result in disconnecting once to many people connect.

you can raise this amount in the config.ini
