Does Winamp 5 lite do .wav files?

Yes, it supports WAV files. What happens when you try to play one?

Also, try reinstalling the latest version, Winamp 5.093 Lite.

Winamp Full (free) does .wav files.

I think Winamp Lite does not.

Just downloaded the Winamp Full version.

Lite DOES support .wav files

It'll certainly play .wav files.

What it won't do however is let you write .wav files from your mp3's, the diskwriter plugin isn't included in the lite installation.
