Hi folks. I'm Brand new here. I apologize in advance for the long post but if there's anyone that can give me a hand, I figured that this would be the place.

I run a few other sites (which I won't mention in here) and currently have a project of launching a community oriented shoutcast station. Now, while I'm not new at running websites, running an online station is a new venture to me.

The problem I'm coming into is programming. While I'm making plans to have some of the programming done myself, running the station 24/7 can be a mission. Running my collection of mp3's over and over is not an option.

My goal would be to recruit a few DJ's that would be interested in getting themselves known. The question is how to go about finding them?

What are my options?

Thanks,

The Noob

Besides DJs in the link Spaceplay provided, you can also find some syndicated content listed at http://www.webcasteru.com/index.php - look in the right column under "Free Syndicated Programming".

A great source for station content is www.247radioonair.com sort of like a one stop shop for all your programing and imaging needs.
