Hello.
Now i go in the 2nd year of shoutcast.
My project is opnen for people al over the world.
The project is called "Central Broadcasting Europe" and meaned as open channel of europe with a view on future commercial broadcasting.
People can broadcast just a single or a serial show for free @ our channels.
Most entries come from local broadcasters al over europe & private people who like to try how shoutcast works.
We give those a try.
Now we have unlimited bandwith and channels to broadcast from. This is because we changed from hosted servers to own servers. Some are situated on a deli and others on a viritual with low usage.
In future al participiants like to broadcast one stream and have a forward to lower channels for multicast.
Goal of the project is to have multiple channels @ different Kbps based on one stream.
When the system runs & an have-To is written we go Sattelite.
This means we look for people who like to joyn @ the plannings & take part of late commercial broadcasting in a selfmade professional envoiement.
The fact that our project runs non-profit & free for all makes this position to a selfmade future action.
All free parts of the project wil stay free in the commercial state for private people.
This means to collect opinions of broadcasting ammateurs in the forums and find people who like to take part of the project.
The complete project wil shared with the people who take part on the evaluation of the modules that are part of it.
The only thing i keep is the name of the project.
So no danger for proggers & casters to lose rights on the result.
All parts of the project you are part of gonna be shared to all who take part.
