HI I am not able to execute sc_trans
it says syntax error. i have set the chmod of all three files to 755 http://66.29.146.141/sctrans.GIF

Looks like you're trying to execute the config file and not the actual executable file. Might want to try ./sc_trans_freebsd sc_trans.conf

I don't use the program so just taking an educated Linux guess here. Hopefully someone else can confirm.
