Volume control with mouse wheel over tray icon when Winamp has no focus

Winamp has volume control with mouse wheel over tray icon when Winamp has focus.

IMHO it can be more handy if such volume control works even if WA has no focus (simply move mouse on tray icon and rotate wheel without any clicks).

from what i remember and then checking back to this (http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/default.asp?url=/library/en-us/winui/winui/windowsuserinterface/userinput/mouseinput/aboutmouseinput.asp) the fact the mode even works when Winamp is focused is a lucky chance from the way the internal messages are passed to it.

in order to do what you want when Winamp is not focused then some OS hooking is going to be needed which should be able to work around this issue (since in the past i tried to do it without OS hooking and that didn't work too well). as time permits i'll look into adding this finally into my one click show & hide plugin (no eta on when though :) )
