Anyone can tell me what a relay system does.. it says in my config file, Relay servers act as clients to another server, and rebroadcast. does it means tt the relay server i connect to can provide me with more bandwidth. So is it something like having a two-servers broadcasting.. anyone can explain? thanks.

no you still theed the banwith to sustain the relay should you decide to use 1

a realy will relay anoher server but it still needs hosting by someone somewhere,
