i have tryed everything! HELP! please

I havetryed cut off the firewall and done the ip thing and still the same thing

Internet, disable NAT/firewall/ISP cache
nat i don't know fire wall did that ip cache think i did that i have a wirelss router but it has no software or progrms its cable
