gen.bmp mystery 7x7

I've had a look on gen.bmp (http://www.winamp.com/nsdn/winamp/skinning/classic/winamp29.php)
and am none the wiser for the 7x7 pixel square and what it does. See attched picture - it's the bit circled in white.

It takes the place of the resizer part of the general frame, it's used for non-sizeable framed windows, like the Jump To File box.

If you copy a 7x7 square from 112,59 of the same bmp you should be ok.
