Help Please

i had my 142.166.116.95:8000 up and going yesterday and day before and now its not working, its stop
i shut my computer off last night for while and this morning when i turn it back on, its not working

this is what i am getting:

can someone help me out?

Check your config files for two lines - DestIP= and SrcIP=. These should both be left at ANY and should NOT be set to an IP. If this is not the case then check running processes because it's possible the server started itself.

i check DestIP & SrcIP and both have Any on it
as for
checking running process where would i find that?
