Annoying noise when expand Windows Explorer

Please, i have a problem, when winamp is playing a song and i go to windows explorer and expand any folder it produces a annoying noise. ¿can i solve this?

My computer: Pentium 233 MMX, 64Mb, Hd13Gb,
S3 Virge DX/GX, and Sb16 Value.

Your video card is slowing your system down. Get a new video card, or don't complain.

I've seen it first hand, a video card like that can slow down everything, even winamp!

I had the same video card and same problem, get a new one, I did and now there's no problem, I went with an NVidia GeForce 2, just bought it, its great, all the plugins fly too, great upgrade worth the money and even more.
