I've been running a shoutcast server for a while.. but now all of a sudden I can't go into cmd prompt to find out my ip when the last 3 letters change. (my internal ip, the one I need to make my server public). When I run ipconfig, it pops up but I can't tell what my ip is because right after it shows it it quits. I can't figure out how to make it so I can see my internal IP. Can anyone help?

Start>settings>network & dial up connections
right click Local Area Connection, select properties, you'll see this

choose the one you see highlighted, select properties and that is where your internal IP lives. If you're set to grab one automatically, you'll want to set a static one. http://sp0rky-n00b.co.uk/staticip/ has clues if you scroll down a bit.

Looks like a windows problem to me, is your network card connected right?

take a look at your network config- double click the lan part and look at the support tab.
