I build the tutorial sample with VC6 and run it using Winamp v2.62 (x86) - Mar 28 2000.
I perform the following steps:
- in DevStudio, build the avstut00.ape in the Winamp\Plugins\AVS directory
- in DevStudio, begin debugging, set winamp.exe as the application
- in DevStudio, select Debug->Exceptions->Access Violations and set to "Stop Always"
- in WinAmp, CTRL-SHIFT-K to start AVS and select avstut00.avs as the current profile
- left click in the AVS window to bring up the AVS editor
- select Tutorials /BOX v1.0 in the list and the property page is displayed
- close the AVS window by clicking on the "x" in the upper right corner
- When the AVS window is closed, an Access Violation is caught in DevStudio.
Can you please let me know if this is a known issue?
