Win2K and Winamp 2.62 strange stop

Yo there!
I have a strange problem with Winamp 2.62 under Win2K, version 2.61 works just fine and everything is nice, but 2.62 after playing for several hours suddenly decides to "chop off" the playback in the middle of all songs and then just halt, pressing the play button or next or just about anything will get it going again... Eeeh... #define "puke"? working? I stepped back to Winamp 2.61 and there has been no problems whatsoever with playback... only a minor bug in the OpenGL ICD of Win2K that made it crash when I ran some dopey OpenGL Vis plugin... http://forums.winamp.com/ubb/biggrin.gif

my 2.62 on win2000 with almost 2000 songs in the playlist runs for weeks at a time with no problems. the only time it stops is when i have to install a new program or drivers or some other stupid thing that requires a reboot.
