Force shoutcast delay

Hello,

How can I make shoutcast delay what it's streaming?

I'd like to be able to 'beep' out people who swear, so an 8 second delay would be great.

Does anyone have any information as to how I could achieve this?

you can't force it

it's there
the lower the bitrate the bigger the delay.
