Seeking bar, Time & Spectrum Analyzer won't move..!

Recently, my winamp 2.62 had a problem. The spectrum analyzer disappeared (when playing songs, it won't move up and down like usual). The time won't move (sticks to 00:00) and the Seeking bar remains at the start. What's happening? I've reinstalled winamp and tried changing skins, but still the same.

ANSWER: I uninstalled winamp and then re-installed the latest, it solved the problem.

i have been having the same problem. spectrum analyzer worked with cd's just fine for a while, and now it is dead. it still functions just fine with mp3, but WILL NOT respond with a cd in the deck. the analyzer is basically not receiving any input at all. i have reloaded a number of times as well to try to fix it; no use. any smart winamp guru fixes for this?
