How do i make it private(ip address)?

How can i make my broadcast private i mean like how can i add certain people's ip's so that only they are able to view my stream. Instead of everyone coming on i want to set it so i add the persons Ip address and it only allows those computers in. reserve ip mode can do this but it can be a nitemare with everchanging addresses.

the other way to do this is by using authentication which can be done using icecast or steamcast,
