How can i make my broadcast private i mean like how can i add certain people's ip's so that only they are able to view my stream. Instead of everyone coming on i want to set it so i add the persons Ip address and it only allows those computers in. Help thanx:cry: :cry: :cry: :cry: :cry: :cry: :( :( :(

If i give out link to some people the link eventually spreads and i have lots of ppl on server and it slows and goes down... Some people are big mouths..i want a group to know but eventually it spreads...daz y i want with ip

just dont make it public. and only tell the people who you want to watch it the stream URL

If i do that then People give out the links...Like i tell a group then they will spread it..(big mouth people) so i want to do by IP Address, please help

The relay server I use has something called "Reserve IP Mode", simply set that to "On" and add the IPs you wish to allow access to the stream to the Reserved IP list on the Shoutcast Admin page. :)

If you just put the ip's you want to reserve in the sc_rip file, it will do that.

Look at your sc_serv.conf file.
