Christmas Skins?

Hey folks
Maybe I'm the only one here..but I can't believe there aren't any Christmas-related skins here. Maybe I'm going about things the wrong way but I did a search and came up with like three matches..and they were based on the Nightmare Before Xmas..Where in the world are all the other skins? I can remember a few years back doing a search and coming up with pages and pages of 'em..now nothing. Did I miss something on the site or does nobody really give a rat's hiney about holiday skins? Hmmm...

Probably removed from the site for being incomplete, we purged all the non winamp5 complete skins a while back.

Thanks for the quick reply..and thanks also for the link. I had tried going there earlier in the month (after I did my searches on the site)..but for some reason couldn't access it then, although it was fine just now. I guess that'll work for now..(we still could use some holiday stuff though HERE!) :)

Just updated the old classic colabarative skin from 2000 with new windows, should be on the site sometime today...

Awe, you should have put it up in the forums so that like, you, me, and El Argento could "collaborate" on new windows to "match" the rest of the skin :p :D

Never thought of that , I've been 'updating it' for over a year now.

If you want to do a new video window and someone else wants to do a gen/gen_ex then be my guest, I can soon update it on the site :up:

The only rule for doing a window was that it had to have a generic background colour of 255,0,0 , standard red to match in with the other windows.

Yeah, sorry, my bad, I did EE and I thought I'd done SLC back when 2.9 first came out and I updated all my back catalogue, I thought I'd do those as well.

For some reason, not sure what , I must have overwritten my updated SLC with an old copy and it remained un-updated until Wally pointed it out for me I belive.

i think i'm going to make a christmas skin over this vacation. although it'll be for next years christmas. i have a whole year for this one. although you guys know how slow I am :blah:

I've seen that you've submitted your Christmas skin to the database, you might want to have a quick look at it, there seems to be a bad bug with the media lib/gen windows close button, unless you meant it to be a perfectly white square.....
