I am setting up a website where a non-profit radio station in Liberia can broadcast over the internet. All recording is being done in analog. They do not have a good internet connection so the bitrate will be very low. We want it so as they broadcast their show the output is recorded to a compressed file. Every hour of broadcast saves to a different file . Every hour the file will be automatically uploaded to a Windows2003 server in USA. The Windows2003 server will automatically stream the file. We will be able to build a radio schedule using online interface. So it is not "live streaming" it is more like a schedule/archive of shows. They can go back into the schedule and play recorded programs from previous months.
Want off the shelf software/hardware. Please let me know where to buy, I really am not familiar with this.
