I have a funny pseudo-problem, I THINK that the shuffler is faulty... I THINK that recent songs (recently added to the playlist) are played WAYYY more often than older songs.
Is this a bug?
Is it a feature? If it is how fo I turn it off?
by the way, it's ver. 2.62, playlist with 133 songs, OS=win2K, PII 450, 128MB Ram, ES 1869 Audio Board
Thanks,
Tincho

In a computer program there is no such thing as "Random"

Well lascar, you definitely get the prize for "quasi-funny but functionally useless reply".
I don't think anyone with more than a week of computer experience could have misconstrued my post as you did. Obviously there is no random numbers in computer science, but unless you know the algorithm used, it might as well be. If you had read the actual post, you would know I am talking about abnormal program behavior, not the nature of random numbers.

I dont think it's very random.. There must be some kind of algorithm..
