Interesting, well I first downloaded it last night. I also started a fresh download this morning to test the server and every thing seems to be in order. Here try a few of the mirrors from their server.

Hmm. Lacks the feel of a mario game, I'm not sure what it is, though. Something about the controls. Plus the thing is tiny at my usual resolution. Looks interesting though, I'll play it some more later.
