The link isn't working for me. And the site won't show up either when i type it in the browser bar or whatever. Is that site still up, or is it under construction or is my browser messed up. although i checked in firefox and IE an neither worked.

Yep - dead from here too. Try this
http://www.loudcity.net/Resources/PreferredStreamHosts/tabid/116/Default.aspx
A few hosts listed there for you to do some comparison shopping.

Ok so i see that its pretty hard to get free space unless you know someone who has it. So i was thinking of setting up a server myself depending on what supplies i would need. I found a link through another forum site to this (http://www.enscape.net/?id=114). But then i was wondering if the same type of server one would use to host his own webpage (which i think is what he is doing here, could be used for net radio as well? And aslo if i were to have a server of my own set up would i be paying fees to have it connected to the net. Thanks fer any help

a similar server could be used.
On the server side instead of having apache you would have shoutcast. The bigger more expensive issue here is bandwidth.
If you don't want to manage an actual server and just want to stream your music up to a server, then you are probably better off buy slots.
This would allow you to stay free from server management.
Usually you will be able to host a web site and stream radio from 1 server. It all depends on the utilization of storage/CPU/RAM/Bandwidth.
