My Icon of my installer does not shows up

I have a problem with the custom icon, it doesn't want to show up.
My installer is over 1.5GB, but if I make it less than 200M the icon of the installer is displayed. My guess is that is a bug by windows, but is there any way to make it display even if the installer is over 1.5GB.

You are correct about it being a bug.
